About

MegJob is Meghalaya's own job platform — built to connect local talent with local opportunity. We started with a simple observation: too many skilled people across Meghalaya were leaving the state to find work, while businesses right here were struggling to find the right people. Not because the talent or the opportunities weren't there, but because there was no platform built specifically for our state to bring them together. MegJob changes that. Whether you're a jobseeker looking for your next role or an employer looking to hire locally, MegJob makes it simple to search, apply, and connect — all in one place, built for Meghalaya. Connecting Talent, Creating Opportunities. That's not just our tagline — it's why MegJob exists.
