Key Responsibilities

Field Sales

• Visit existing and prospective customers regularly.

• Promote the company's products and services.

• Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Collect customer requirements and coordinate with the office for quotations and order processing.

Telecalling & Lead Generation

• Make outbound sales and follow-up calls to existing and potential customers.

• Generate appointments for field visits.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up schedules.

• Follow up on quotations, enquiries, payments, and pending orders.

Backend Operations

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation.

• Update customer records in the company's CRM/software.

• Coordinate with the sales, service, logistics, and accounts teams.

• Assist in processing customer orders and maintaining sales reports.

• Perform other office-related tasks assigned by the management.

Eligibility

Educational Qualification

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent.

• Graduates or candidates with additional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields will be given preference.

Experience

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or marketing will be an added advantage.

• Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, and performance.

Mandatory Requirements

• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence.

• Candidates owning a scooter/two-wheeler will be given preference.

• Must be willing to travel for customer visits within Shillong and nearby areas.
