• Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidates holding an MBA or PGDM in Healthcare Management, Operations, or Sales will be preferred.

• Work Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare sales, clinic operations, telemedicine sales, or field sales management.

• Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily clinic operations, drive patient footfall and revenue, manage medical and support staff (doctors, nurses, ANMs, pharmacists), and conduct community health outreach programs.
