As a key executive lead, the CFO will oversee the financial strategies, capital allocation, budget management, and financial compliance of the corporation's infrastructure projects across Meghalaya.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage corporate financial planning, accounting practices, and budgetary controls.

• Oversee financial reporting, auditing, and compliance with statutory and governmental regulations.

• Provide strategic financial guidance on infrastructure development projects and financing options.

• Lead investment evaluation, risk management, and capital allocation frameworks.

Eligibility & Skills Required

• Educational Qualification: Master’s degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, CA, or related fields.
