Aradonga Higher Secondary School, located in West Khasi Hills, Meghalaya, is seeking a qualified and dedicated Assistant Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction in Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics). The candidate will be responsible for planning lessons, managing classroom environments, conducting assessments, and supporting overall student development under the Deficit School framework.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver interactive curriculum lessons in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics).  

• Conduct evaluations, grade assignments, and track individual student academic progress.  

• Maintain classroom discipline, order, and a positive learning environment.

• Participate in school meetings, academic planning, and extra-curricular events as required.

Eligibility & Skills Required

• Educational Qualification: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) from a recognized university.  

• Professional Qualification: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
