MBDA/MBMA is recruiting a Senior Manager – Procurement to oversee operational purchasing, vendor coordination, and compliance documentation for developmental projects across Meghalaya.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily procurement operations, bid evaluations, and seller negotiations.

• Prepare tender documentation, evaluate technical and financial proposals, and track contract execution.

• Maintain complete procurement audit trails, ledger records, and vendor communications.

• Coordinate with project technical teams to ensure timely delivery of goods, works, and services.

Eligibility & Skills Required:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields.

• Core Skills: Public procurement standards, bid evaluation, vendor relationship management, statutory compliance, and strong analytical documentation skill
