Sah I Nam Resort is looking for an experienced and dynamic Resort Manager to oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, lead the resort team, and ensure the resort delivers outstanding hospitality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve service excellence.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Resort Manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent knowledge of resort operations, guest service standards, and team management.

• Ability to handle budgets, maximize revenue, and ensure operational efficiency.
