MTDC requires Barmen for its hospitality and beverage outlets in Shillong on a contractual basis.
Key Responsibilities & Scope:
Mix, craft, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes.
Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, stock monitoring, and customer interaction.
Eligibility & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management (BHM) from IHM or a recognized institution.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in bar operations preferred.
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years (5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates).
