The Meghalaya Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC), a Government of Meghalaya Undertaking, is hiring 4 Sous Chefs on a contractual basis for operations in Shillong.

Key Responsibilities & Scope:

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, food preparation, and menu planning.

• Maintain food safety, quality standards, and kitchen hygiene.

• Supervise and assist junior culinary staff during service.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management (BHM) from IHM or a recognized institution.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant culinary experience preferred.

• Age Limit: Maximum 32 years (5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates).
